We are based in Mandan, North Dakota, and primarily serve the Bismarck–Mandan area. Mobile services are also available throughout the region, with travel extending north to Minot, west to Dickinson, and east to Jamestown, depending on scheduling and service needs.

Watson Veterinary Services provides limited urgent care availability for established clients; however, we are not a 24-hour emergency facility.

Next Steps
After submitting an inquiry, you can expect a response within 24–48 hours, depending on appointment demand, location, and scheduling availability.
Please note:
Priority is often given to in-home euthanasia requests, as these appointments are time-sensitive.
Travel to farther locations may be scheduled when multiple appointments are requested within the same area.
In some cases, travel fees may be shared among clients located in the same region and scheduled on the same day. For example, two equine clients in the Dickinson area requesting vaccines and dental floating on the same day may split the travel fee. Please ensure when you schedule you alert us that you are scheduling with a friend or neighbor so this can be considered.
