Single-Veterinarian Practice Disclaimer
Watson Veterinary Services, PLLC is a single-veterinarian mobile practice. While every effort is made to respond promptly to calls, emails, and appointment requests, response times may vary due to travel, patient care, or emergency situations. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as each patient is given the time and attention they deserve.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking any mobile or in-home service. This deposit will be applied toward the final invoice at the time of service.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
This policy helps ensure appointment availability and allows efficient scheduling for all clients.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, or debit card. Watson Veterinary Services, PLLC also accepts CareCredit and Affirm where applicable.
Services will not be rendered without payment arrangements in place. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
